Ted M. White

A real estate veteran, Ted White has 32 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, brokerage and management. His career dates back to the early 1980s, when he was a residential real estate broker in New York City. While navigating the real estate ropes in New York, Ted assumed the role of Director of Residential Leasing at a major real estate firm that handled the relocation of employees of the country's largest corporations, including Fortune 500 companies.

After twenty years in New York, Ted returned to his hometown of Louisville in 1998 with his wife and two children. Ted joined a local real estate firm as the Director of Property Management and Commercial Brokerage and became a partner.

In November, 2012 Ted along with Tammy opened Cornerstone Property Management, LLC. A new company comprised of seasoned managers and staff focused on providing responsive, result-oriented service through proactive management. Cornerstone’s client base increased 225% in its first three years in business. In addition to managing condominium and homeowner’s associations, office and retail properties, Ted handles lease negotiations and sales for the properties he manages.

Ted credits his success to honesty, professionalism and plain hard work. He takes every step necessary to ensure a close and responsive relationship with each client he serves. The result is long-term client satisfaction and increased property value.

Ted has been a licensed Kentucky real estate agent since 1998, and he has maintained a New York real estate broker's license since 1984. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Real Estate Commission and Greater Louisville Association of Realtors.

Natalie Napper

Property Manager

Natalie Napper joined Cornerstone Property Management in March 2019 as a Property Manager. She has over 8 years of property management experience as well as an educational background in English, Real Estate and Accounting. She has served on the Board in her own homeowner's association, so she understands the mission of a board member and their role in the community. As a working wife and mother to two toddlers, she knows how to multi-task and solve problems on the fly. "I have loved meeting so many great people in the communities I manage and helping them reach their goals!"

Chris Riggs

Property Manager

Chris Riggs joined the Cornerstone team in July of 2015 with twenty seven years of experience in the retail industry. He has a strong customer service background and adapted to the property management position quickly. Chris managed, throughout his career, several large retail stores where he was responsible for the day to day management of employees and the facility. He was responsible for everything from customer service to following all of the processes and maintaining the budgets that he was given. This past management experience gives him the ability to step right in and join the team at Cornerstone.

Brendan Kavanaugh

Property Manager

Brendan Kavanaugh is our most recent addition to the Cornerstone team. As a seasoned sales professional with well over a decade of experience, mostly within the building industry, Brendan is familiar with all the ins-and-outs of real estate and property management. He has served on local and state level Homebuilders Association boards and committees, readying him for similar meetings with Cornerstone's managed Associations.

After marketing and selling innovative locally manufactured building materials across five states for several years, Brendan knew as a single dad that finding a local position was just as important as personal growth and challenging himself. "I actually enjoy the daily workflow and unexpected challenges that come my way each day at Cornerstone."

Melinda Eaton

Property Manager

Melinda Eaton joined Cornerstone in September 2018 as a Property Manager. She brings to Cornerstone 8 years of property management experience and over 10 years of corporate customer service management experience. Melinda holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Studies and has managed two of Louisville’s largest HOA communities. Melinda truly enjoys working with both residents and board members. “I have definitely found my niche in HOA property management. There is no greater joy for me professionally than to help a community problem solve and to help create a community that residents are proud to call home.”
